In 2018, world-record holder and Olympic sprint legend Usain Bolt moved all the way from Jamaica to Australia, to try his hand at A-League professional football. Of course, he needed a place to stay there, so he rented this $2.65 million home at Central Coast and it lies close to his team’s home stadium.

Called the Sky House, Bolt’s plush penthouse offers a relaxing stay, as the sportsman gets to soak in its heated jacuzzi and get a massage in the heated spa, while he looks out to the garden to relax. The pad’s balcony and garden opens up to Brisbane Lake. The property also has enough space for his many expensive supercars and it can be accessed via a private elevator.
