Jennifer Aniston: ~ $56 Million, Los Angeles

The most gorgeous home, once owned by actors and former couple Jennifer Aniston (Friends, Bruce Almighty) and Brad Pitt (Fight Club, Seven) has come up for sale and it would cost you a whopping $56 million to own it. Jen and Brad bought the 12,000-square-foot den back in 2001 for $13.1 million, spent 3 years renovating it but sold it off in 2006 after they divorced.

This fancy French Normandy Revival-style home was originally built in the 1930s for another actor couple, Frederic March and Florence Eldridge. The 4-bedroom house has heated marble flooring, a swimming pool, huge outdoor spaces, championship tennis court, and a pub room which boasts wooden floors that once belonged to a 200 year old French castle!

It’s pretty natural to wonder what the abodes of celebrities and the rich and famous look like. And why wouldn’t we be curious, since these selected folks are the few lucky ones who can afford to live in such lavish real estate properties.

Stars seem to be in a different league of their own when it comes to taking things to the next level — be it their luxury car collection or even their investment portfolio that has MULTIPLE mansions in it. After all, why do anything “regular,” eh?

While we common folks can only live in affordable apartments and co-ops, our fave celebs are living it up in multi-million dollar homes… sneak a peek if you dare!

Earvin ‘Magic’ Johnson: ~ $7.6 Million, Dana Point

Even as retired NBA star Magic Johnson lives a pretty laid-back life in his Beverly Hills mansion, come holidays and weekends, he likes to escape to his $7.6 Million Tuscan-style holiday villa in Dana Point with his family. Johnson also used to own a second home in Hawaii, but deemed it “too far!”

The 17 rooms in the home feature Mediterranean architecture, is just a few steps from the beach, has an indoor-outdoor flow and most important of all, Magic gets his dream media room with 14 seats, state-of-the-art control system, and a 133-inch screen. The furniture in the house (bed, chairs and sofas) are custom built to accommodate Johnson’s large six-foot-nine frame. A rooftop terrace and pool with patio round off the abode.
