Kevin Durant became $12.15 million richer when the Brooklyn Nets basketball player said goodbye to his 5,100 square foot, 3-story beachfront home in Malibu. Recently remodeled, the contemporary living space has wooden flooring, high ceilings and skylights. The sliding walls in the front of the house can be opened up to let some fresh ocean air in.

Sitting on a private and gated road, the home has an outdoor spa, hot tub, dining patio, and an additional main patio which has a wooden staircase descending onto the sandy cove.
