The singer bought the property back in 2015 for $11.8 million and did not hold back with the renovations, after which, Joel’s house became a picture of Mediterranean elegance with its marble floors and coffered ceilings. The property, around 10 miles away from Palm Beach, includes the main house that’s 13,000-square-foot big. The house screams luxury, especially the French doors that lead to the pool area that has a view of Florida’s Intracoastal Waterway.
