Retired fitness instructor and actor Richard Simmons was last publicly seen around mid-February in 2014 and apparently, he turned into an overnight recluse and became holed up in his huge Los Angeles home. Richard’s Colonial-style mansion recently got a 6-Ft tall wall installed in front of it, so that makes it sure that Richard does not want to be disturbed!
He had purchased the 2-story residence back in 1982 for $670,000. Now, the 1937-built property is worth $5.2 million. The 4,119 square foot, 4 bedroom home sits on a 0.56-acre plot, and has a detached 2-car garage and a huge black-bottom swimming pool.
