The eternal optimist

This great philosophical thought exercise has been told to every generation before us and will also be related to those coming after us. You take a glass, fill it with water just halfway, and ask people to interpret it to understand their psyche. Those who say the glass is half empty are said to be pessimists, and the optimists will say that it is half full, which explains their outlook on life. However, there’s a new perspective since even a half-empty glass is filled with air; it’s technically not empty at all, making you an eternal optimist!
