Mayim Bialik – Have Fun while Homeschooling Kids

Joining a small breed of celebrities who choose to homeschool their children is The Big Bang actress Mayim Bialik. While other children have time off from school, Bialik’s two boys have their school right at home and will never be behind in their studies. She also made a video explaining her “unschooling” approach and says that her kids still socialize.

This approach may not be traditional, but is worth a listen. Mayim also is an author, writing a series of books for youngsters, a cookbook and even one about parenting book, called Beyond the Sling. Considering that she has a PhD degree, we are inclined to think that she knows what she’s talking about!
