Best known for her role in the cult classic Valley of the Dolls, her star power remains undiminished. Although not presently active, her contributions still resonate. Parkins’s extensive credits span decades, and her timeless allure shines as brilliantly as her past roles. During the filming of Valley of the Dolls, Parkins crossed paths with photographer Edward Steichen through the film’s cinematographer, sparking a lifelong passion for photography. In the 1970s, she relocated to France, later tying the knot and welcoming her only child in the late 1980s.
