June Lockhart – Born in 1925
English actor Gene Lockhart and Canadian actress Kathleen Lockhart, are parents of June Lockhart. In 1938, she co-starred in her debut movie, A Christmas Carol, which starred her parents. Her TV appearances on Lost in Space and Lassie are what made her most well-known. In fact, according to some astronauts, seeing Lost in Space motivated them to continue their jobs. Lockhart’s career lasted well into the 1990s and early 2000s, during which time she appeared on several television programs, including Grey’s Anatomy and Cold Case, and was a regular on the serial opera General Hospital.
