Andrew Johns – Born in 1974

Australian former pro rugby league footballer Andrew Johns is said to be one of the greatest in his sport. He was the captain of the Newcastle Knights team in the National Rugby League and also played 249 games for them. At the age of 32, Johns decided to retire in 2007, due to his many injuries, including a serious spinal cord injury. After retiring from rugby, and a short lived cricket career, Andrew has continued to be in the news for some wrong reasons, and his health struggles.
