Matt Moran – Born in 1969
Australian chef and restaurateur Matt Moran is the tour de force behind Australia’s most famous dining establishments. His cooking stems from a passion for fresh and seasonal produce, and he has now spent 3 decades in food and television, and it all started when he opened his first restaurant, The Paddington Inn Bistro when he was just 22! Matt is a 4th generation farmer, and his family continues to run a farm in the Central Tablelands at NSW. Besides seeing him on The Chopping Block, MasterChef Australia and The Great Australian Bake Off, you can also cook like him when you pick one of his many cookbooks.
