For as long as we have seen Melissa McCarthy in the shows Gilmore Girls and Mike and Molly, and later in her movies Bridesmaids and This Is 40, the talented actress has been tipping the scales. So how did Melissa suddenly lose all the weight and start looking slimmer?

According to the actress, she just led a boring domestic life, starting training with a martial arts instructor, and kick-started her metabolism every day by choosing to eat a healthier and cleaner diet.
