We all remember the geeky and very talented Glee star Kevin McHale, who was always on the slimmer side. But if you’ve googled his latest images, then you know that he looks nothing like his Glee days, as he has beefed up in a major way.
McHale attributes the changes to his diet and exercise, brought on by stomach issues because he was eating out almost every other night. After changing his diet and getting a trainer, the actor lost 7 pounds of fat and gained 5 pounds of muscle in just 12 weeks.
