Mindy Kaling: Yoga, Soul Cycle, and the VersaClimber
After TV writer and actress Mindy Kaling (from The Office and Ocean’s 8) had her baby, she got right back to work with her acting and writing projects, as most single moms have to. So, Mindy’s post-baby weight loss journey was a slow process, but nevertheless, she hired a physical trainer to lose the extra weight.
To get her endorphins flowing, Kaling squeezes in 4 or more workouts every week, despite the multiple jobs she handles every day. She is also mindful of what she eats and chooses healthier alternatives. Two things she absolutely refuses to give up are cocktails and sushi.
