Jenna Jameson: Diet and Intermittent Fasting

Former risqué movie star Jenna Jameson had baby number two and all the child care and extra work took a toll on her health as she could not make time to focus on losing the baby weight. But, because she is a celebrity and would eventually need to return to limelight, she needed to look and feel good.

The actress credits her newfound lifestyle for making her look better than before. Jenna ate the same thing everyday so she could keep her diet on track and started practicing intermittent fasting, eating nothing between 6 p.m. and 11 a.m. the next day; except coffee and water. The result was Jenna minus 60 pounds.
