Queen Latifah: Moderation
It’s an open secret that rapper, comedian and actress Queen Latifah had been struggling with losing excess weight for many years, but this is no longer an issue for the Bessie and Chicago star, as she is a shadow of her former self, losing more than 20 pounds.
So successful was she at keeping the excess weight off that Jenny Craig signed her on to be their spokesperson. Her secret was not the diet itself, but moderation. She drank a lot of water, and exercised and ate in moderation, adding lean meats and vegetables to her diet.
