Ree Drummond: Diet Change and Exercise
As a celebrity chef, and self-confessed “lover of food” and an “avoider of exercise” Ree Drummond aka The Pioneer Woman, has been getting a lot of questions about her visible weight loss, and she finally addressed the matter on her popular blog.
Ree says that she has lost more than 45 lbs so far and went for the age old weight loss technique of losing excess pounds – mindfully consuming lesser calories, weighing her food and exercising every day, even if it was just taking a brisk walk with her dogs.
