Gordon Ramsay: Smaller Portioned Meals at regular Intervals
They say that you should never trust a chef who is not portly, since all of them are supposed to be foodies themselves. But British Chef and TV cooking show staple Gordon Ramsey was never really overweight, although this did not stop the Hell’s Kitchen and Masterchef USA host from losing 56 pounds.
The reason for the new weight goal was actually because Ramsey wanted to look good for his wife Tana and she was not impressed by her husband’s eating and working out routine. Gordon struggled with eating on time, but started having smaller and more frequent meals. His fitness regimen was also increased in intensity.
