Scarface and Dangerous Minds actress Michelle Pfeiffer owns a huge “thank you” to her friends who set her up on a blind date with her second husband and TV writer, David E. Kelley (known for Ally McBeal, Boston Legal). It had been only 10 months since that blind date, but they decided to tie the knot in 1993.
Kelley had a huge responsibility when he married Michelle, as 2 months after their first meeting, Michelle’s adoption application came through and she became a mom to daughter Claudia. But Kelley rose to the occasion and was the best father to Claudia and later, to their 3 biological children. Pfeiffer says that she still feels like the luckiest girl in the room when her husband is around!
