Denzel Washington and Pauletta Washington – ~ 37 Years, A Spiritual Foundation Strengthens Marriage
With a very successful career and hefty bank balance, thanks to his decades long acting career and production company, Denzel Washington has been luckier still to have married the love of his life. He met Pauletta on the sets of the TV movie Wilma in 1977 and soon went out for dinner.
Denzel may have impressed her then, as they began dating, but when he proposed marriage to her on two occasions, she turned him down! Finally in 1983, he did finally manage to marry her and they even renewed their vows in 1995. They have 4 grown up kids, and while the Equalizer star is an A-lister, his wife also has a few acting credits to her name.
