The Matter Grows Serious

Everyone present at the waiting room saw the nurse’s confused expression and not just Paul. She approached the group and asked who the father was, even as the group drew closer to her to hear any news about Barbara and the newborns.

Paul asked the nurse what the matter was, and she saw the people who were within earshot and asked to speak with Paul privately at the doctor’s cabin. Little did he know that his life would change forever with what they were about to tell him, and it was not going to be good.
