22. Canada
Canada annually spends around $26.4 billion towards its military, which is made up of 92,000 active frontline personnel. This is a small number considering their population, and their lack of attack helicopters and aircraft carriers and small number of submarines (only 4!) and tanks makes them a small, but formidable force. They are also NATO member and participated with the US in tours of Iraq and Afghanistan. The armed forces in Canada consists of the Navy, Army, and Air Force. And guess who their Commander-in-Chief is? The King of Canada and of course, The United Kingdom, Charles III!
