Oprah: Weight Watcher’s Program
Oprah is the queen of day-time talk shows and because she has been on TV since 1986 when her show, The Oprah Winfrey Show debuted, it’s as if we have been journeying with her. Over the years Oprah has had on-again-off-again relationship with weight loss.
After gaining 17 pounds due to a recent ankle injury that derailed her exercise plans, Oprah finally made peace with food and lost 43 pounds with the help of the Weight Watcher’s plan. She adopted a more balanced approach to life with respect to diet and exercise.
