No pain, no gain
In a move everybody involved would later regret, the host of the tabloid talk show, Gerlado, Geraldo Rivera and his show’s producers invited white supremacists to the show in 1988. Roy Innis, Congress of Racial Equality’s chairman seemed to be the only one in the panel making sense, but when one of the supremacists insulted Innis, a brawl ensued. Luckily, none of the guests were injured, but Geraldo had major regrets has he was hit on the shoulder by a flying chair, and took a punch to his face that broke his nose!
